How do you make money?
We work with a company called Plaid that offers extremely secure automatic bank sync to import transactions from 9,000 financial institutions in the United States. They charge us a monthly fee for each account you connect, and since we have zero advertising we couldn't possibly afford to offer bank sync for free. So, we offer an affordable subscription plan for automatic bank sync. If you prefer to enter transactions yourself, there's no cost to use the app. Enjoy!
What do I get with the Pro plan?
DashFlow Pro gets you automatic bank sync, data backup and sync between devices with iCloud, family sharing to collaborate privately, unlimited accounts, goals, budgets & bills, and CSV data export. Oh, and hopefully a warm fuzzy feeling from helping to support a small, self-funded team that work extremely hard to make great software for you. :)
What are the subscription terms?
DashFlow Pro is an optional monthly or annual subscription ($4.99/mo or $49.99/yr USD) to unlock premium features. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, for the chosen plan's price.

How often does bank data refresh?
Under normal conditions, our bank sync service provider checks for new transactions 4 times per day and those transactions are downloaded as soon as you open DashFlow on your primary device (where DashFlow was first installed). The balances of investment and loan accounts are updated once per day to prevent crowding the transaction history with small fluctuations throughout the day.
That being said, it is possible that some transactions may be delayed, depending on the payment processor, the bank’s systems, or other circumstances. If it has been 24 hours since the transaction appeared on your bank’s website and you still don’t see it in DashFlow, please send us an email from within the app (Settings > Send Feedback), so that it includes your Support ID, and be sure to mention the name of the institution(s) where you are seeing the problem. This will allow us to better determine the source of the issue. Thanks for your patience!
How do I report an issue?
Sorry about that! Feel free to contact us through the form below to let us know what's going on, with details of what was happening with the bug/crash happened, and we'll do our best to get it fixed quickly.
In the meantime, it might help to close out the app by double-tapping home button from your home screen, then swiping up on DashFlow from the multi-tasking view.
